Account email, session data, subscription status, decision artifacts you create, and technical logs for security and reliability.

To authenticate you, operate billing, store your decisions, improve reliability, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data.

Where GDPR applies, we process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the service you signed up for), to comply with legal obligations (e.g. billing records), and based on our legitimate interests in securing and improving the service. Where required, we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

We use vetted service providers for hosting, email delivery, and payments. Each processes data under their terms and our instructions. The current subprocessor register (vendor, purpose, and region) is available on request at info@bacenik.com.

Our processors operate primarily in the United States. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (or an equivalent recognized transfer mechanism) with the relevant processor.

We use a single strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Because this cookie is essential to the service, we do not currently show a cookie-consent banner; disabling it will sign you out.

Account and decision data are retained while your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us; some records may be kept where required for billing or legal obligations.

We use encryption in transit, scoped access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission is 100% secure; report concerns to info@bacenik.com.

Depending on jurisdiction you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability. Contact info@bacenik.com. EU/UK users may lodge complaints with their supervisory authority.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. California residents may request to know the categories of personal information we collect, request deletion or correction, and will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. Bacenik Decide is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact info@bacenik.com and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g. email or in-app notice) before they take effect.
