Terms of Service

Bacenik Decide provides governed decision intelligence: structured scoring, human finalization, and audit artifacts. It does not provide legal, financial, or compliance advice. You remain responsible for decisions made with the product.

You must provide accurate contact information. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access for abuse, non-payment, or security risk.

Paid plans (Pro, Enterprise) renew monthly until canceled via the in-app billing portal or Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Do not attempt to breach security, scrape other users' data, or use the service for unlawful purposes. Do not upload content you lack rights to process.

Your decision data belongs to you. We process it to operate the service per our Privacy Policy and DPA. Enterprise customers may execute a separate agreement.

The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Bacenik's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
